Transparency and trust are paramount to us at GiftList & WishList Maker (developed by MZ Developers). In compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and the operating policies of our affiliate network partners, this page discloses our advertising and affiliate relationships.
"As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases."
1. What Are Affiliate Links?
Throughout the GiftList & WishList Maker application and this companion website, we provide links to external merchant websites where products can be viewed, compared, and purchased (such as Amazon.com, eBay.com, and other online retailers).
Some of these links are "affiliate links." This means that if you click on the link and make a qualifying purchase on the merchant's platform, the merchant pays us a small referral commission.
Important: Clicking an affiliate link or making a purchase through our referrals comes at zero additional cost to you. The retail price remains identical whether you use our link or navigate to the retailer directly.
2. Amazon Associates Program
GiftList & WishList Maker is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites and mobile applications to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.ca, and affiliated Amazon global domains.
Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
Certain content that appears on this site and inside the GiftList & WishList Maker mobile app comes from Amazon Services LLC. This content is provided 'as is' and is subject to change or removal at any time.
3. eBay Partner Network (EPN)
GiftList & WishList Maker participates in the eBay Partner Network (EPN). As an affiliate partner, we may earn compensation from qualifying sales generated when users click on links directing to eBay listings and auction items.
eBay and the eBay logo are trademarks of eBay Inc.
4. Awin Affiliate Network
GiftList & WishList Maker is registered with and participates in the Awin Affiliate Network (Awin). As an affiliate publisher, we feature products and merchant offers from participating Awin advertisers. When visitors click on affiliate links connected to Awin advertisers and make eligible purchases, we may receive advertising compensation or commission.
Awin and merchant logos are trademarks of Awin and their respective brand partners.
5. Product Pricing and Availability Disclaimer
Online retail prices and stock availability fluctuate constantly. While our application and gift guide recommendations endeavor to capture accurate information when scraped or displayed:
- Product prices, ratings, and shipping estimates are accurate as of the date and time indicated and are subject to immediate change without notice.
- Any price and availability information displayed on the merchant site (such as Amazon, eBay, or Awin partner stores) at the time of purchase will apply to the purchase of that product.
- We encourage all users to verify final pricing, specifications, seller ratings, and return policies directly on the merchant's checkout page.
6. Editorial Independence & Objectivity
Our goal is to build an outstanding tool for event organizers, families, and friends to keep gift lists organized. The presence of an affiliate partnership does not dictate which gifts you decide to add to your personal candidate list or purchase. You can paste and save gift ideas from any website or retail store worldwide, regardless of whether an affiliate partnership exists.
